This marvel of modern animation is truly a blessing, and I, for one, feel like I can finally follow my dreams because of its divine power. Let me evaluate this masterpiece, though no numbers could truly express the raw, emotional power of this one minute short: Story:10 The best story is no story at all, and Ein no Natsuyasumi's power to put unrelated drawings together is masterful. Art:10 My Eyes bled rainbows because they couldn't handle the beauty of this. If you like colors and art, and colorful art, you'll love this. Sound:10 I have no idea what this music is supposed to be ( I swear there's a section that sounds like the intro to "Pump It" by the Black Eyed Peas though), but I've incorporated saying "la la la"s and "we are the doggy doggy dogs" into my everyday life, with great results. Would recommend. Character:10 Ein is love. Ein is Life. Enjoyment:10 *Can't be put into words* Overall: If you desire to find the meaning of life, the secrets to being rich, or if you just have a minute to spare, watch this. You won't regret it. Probably.

Cowboy Bebop is a revolutionary anime from the brilliant mind of Shinichiro Watanabe that changed how westerners of a generation viewed anime, and still continues to affect the industry to this day. And this is a dog. As this is the first picture drama I have ever seen, I can't say it was bad. I have no reference point to justify saying that. It showed some art of Ein from Bebop, and thanks to the music it still managed to bring back the nostalgia of the anime. All in all, for a minute of your time, this is worth a watch. Even if you haven't seen/don't care for the anime.

Cowboy Bebop is a great western theme anime filled with great aura and ideology which eastern culture lacks. In this 2nd Review in an anime special. This special is better made than the first one I saw abd made a review which Black Bullet Special Teshu girls. I appreciate greatly the art than the other aspect. There is no nothing memorably mention I really just enjoy the art depiction dedication in Ein and all in all I give a rate 2 for this is what the rate this stand alone special deserves. If it is Cowboy Bebop series I will give it's deserving praise.

This incredible special truly and perfectly demonstrates how perfection can never be achieved. At 1 minute, it is far too short to be able to enjoy the beauty of every aspect of this special to its fullest. The catchy music, the beautiful art, the heartwarming story of Ein and Ed bonding over their vacation, all so close, yet just barely out of grasp. However if it were longer, it would run the risk of being poorly produced or rushed. At the end, we as the audience are left with a tease of nirvana. We are shown the heartbreaking truth that we will never get enough Ein to satisfy our desires.

Featuring the only good character in the series, this 1 minute short is better than anything else connected to Cowboy Bebop. Unlike the TV series, it had me invested from beginning to end, never allowing me to divert my eyes for a single moment. Every one of the 62 seconds comprising Ein's Summer Vacation is polished and streamlined, providing a flawless viewing experience, especially compared to its inferior predecessors from the same franchise. I feel like I don't have to finish the main series now, because I've seen the best Bebop has to offer. This is also the reason I've thrown away my Cowboy Bebop Blu-ray boxset, save the extras disc, which houses the masterpiece known as Ein's Summer Vacation.

It's just a slideshow of Ein and some of his adventures, there really isn't anything else to it. It's interesting to think about what Ein is doing with Edward but it does not answer many questions. My biggest gripe with this is that Sunrise, one if the biggest anime studios out there, couldn't bother at making an actual animation that involves Ein. That is this short's biggest flaw, it's a slideshow. Ein was cute though and the vibrant colors really did make this slideshow look decent. Also Ein with eyebrows at the end pretty much proves that Edward is still with Ein. 6/10 10/10 for Ein

I never thought anything could dethrone Cowboy Bebop as my favorite anime but this is a masterpiece. It brings so much character to Ein who was a criminally underused character in the original Cowboy Bebop so it is awesome to see the character expanded upon. The animation was fantastic. Every frame felt so real I was on verge of crying because it was so beautiful. Same with the sound where the whole soundtrack for this series is outstanding and will stick with you forever (even more than the original Cowboy Bebeop). It is no question why this anime deserves the 10/10 score going up there with the great animes like Cory in the House and Shrek. In all seriousness though this is worth the watch. It is only a minute long with Ein dreaming of different things he would do on vacation (is it a spoiler to say it was all a dream when it is a minute long?). It was worth watching just for the wtf factor. I laughed so hard while watching this I was on the verge of tears because I didn't know what to expect and what I got was magical. You can't really rate something like this because it is just a bunch of random pictures thrown together with a almost nonexistent story that is again about a minute long.

There was no reason not to bring this adorableness over to the Western Blu-Rays. My roommates and I were watching this after having rewatched the series and movie, and honestly, this would be a great foundation for an Ein-centered anime short series. Certainly a better new idea of what one could do with this IP than what they had been doing at Netflix. The art style is simplistic and storybook-like, though it is more like a picture book slideshow than anything actually being animated. For how short and sweet it is, that just adds to the charm. Cowboy Bebop has a myriad of reasons to enjoy it, from Spike, Faye, and Jet's backstories and life philosophies to the depictions of corruption in the system and how the future may be bleak and breathtaking in equal measure. This short, however, is for the fans that want to take a backseat with Ed and Ein and just spend a moment looking at something cute and funny. Easily found on YouTube, for those looking for a place to watch it. No subtitles are needed, as the short is without dialogue.

This one minute special which is part of the whole picture drama thing for the special like cowboy bebop Ein's summer vacation Is that It only runs about like only 1 minute particularly of how this all goes which is really quite literally on the whole thing but then again is that not like any other most anime specials in general accordingly Usually to the point out for how this how it representing of how it goes. Story It mainly focuses on the dog character Ein particularly Spending time with His 1st summer vacation with Edward for the very 1st time during a whole break From the bebop crew in this particular point for the whole time in the hour. Music Nothing new about the music as well but it just particularly how it represents for this picture drama But the opening did seem like a little But the opening did seem like a little reminiscent like if it's something coming out of pump it by the black eyed peas if it would have matched to this at this time. Characters It's clearly enough only 2 characters that were only appeared in this particular special but the other characters from the cowboy bebop anime series never appeared in this particular picture drama nothing new at all. Art The art style was very well drawn and very beautiful and lately because it's that it matches to the whole creativity for the picture drama for this special. Enjoyment The only way to describe of how to enjoy this way is that particularly usually of whatever I can come across for how I want to discover on the whole thing for this picture drama like this of all things of how it goes as well. Literally an episode about Cowboy Bebop's dog dreaming of a vacation. When I started watching Cowboy Bebop: Ein no Natsuyasumi, I honestly expected some simple and fun special involving the Bebop crew. But no. The special is basically Ein sleeping and dreaming of perfect beach vacations. And that's it. The series mascot appears imagining relaxing situations like surfing, swimming, resting on the sand, and enjoying the summer while everything happens in that light and silly atmosphere. Then he wakes up and it's over. It seems more like a small experimental animation than a proper episode. The most curious thing is that there's practically no traditional animation here. A large part of the special is composed of static drawings with minimal movement, zooms on the image, and small transitions. At various moments it looks like someone showing hand-drawn art while playing with the camera. Visually, this makes everything look very simple and even improvised. But at the same time, there's a certain charm to it. Cowboy Bebop has always had its own personality, so even a strange special about the dog dreaming manages to convey that laid-back feel of the franchise. And honestly, I found it kind of funny. Not because it has great jokes or anything extremely creative, but because the whole idea is so random that it ends up working as a fun curiosity for fans of the series. Seeing Ein living a "beach life" while nothing important happens has a kind of innocent humor. The problem is that it ends and immediately disappears from memory. It adds nothing to the universe, doesn't develop characters, has no narrative impact, and hardly anyone will remember this special when they think of Cowboy Bebop. It's clearly extra content made just to exist. But I can't call it bad either. It's short, harmless, and even charming within the absurd premise it chose to follow. If you're a big fan of Cowboy Bebop, you might find it fun because of the curiosity and Ein's charisma. Otherwise, you'll probably watch it and think: "okay... that really happened". Rating: 5/10. Funny and curious, but completely forgettable. Nota: 5/10. Engraçadinho e curioso, mas completamente esquecível.

Could you imagine someone getting insanely pissed off watching this after the other Cowboy Bebop related stuff and this being nothing like the rest of the series at all?? That would be hilarious. I really don't know what to say right, it's an art slideshow for a minute, I have the Louvre app on my Nintendo 3DS, I know what that is experience is like. I guess the only thing that could disappoint anyone is the fact that they got tricked into thinking that the cool dog was going to be animated surfing, that's the only good reason to give this an actual bad review. But even then its only a minute long, there's plenty of Funny Ein scenes where Ein floats in zero gravity so its not like you'll miss anything.

And here's the last stop on the Cowboy Bebop binge...not too much to say about this one. Like a dream, it comes and goes super fast, and you barely remember it: The Story & Characters: Given it's only a minute long, it's just a quick, cute little picture drama about Ein dreaming about him taking a vacation with Ed and doing his own thing. Character-wise, it's just him and Ed (albeit as a background character) popping up here and there's no dialogue. I do wish we could've seen Spike, Jet, and Faye all in beach outfits along with them, but I guess Ein sees the others as a hassle minus Ed...even though she frankly gives a little bit of a hard time a certain points in the show too, heh. It's a simple as it gets. I can't even really give it a grade, cause well...there's not really anything TO grade. The Visual & Sound Design: Again, not a whole lot to say here, but the art by Toshihiro Kawamoto is wonderful, of course. It's all consistent in quality and does make me want to see a super comprehensive art book of everything Cowboy Bebop-related they can slap into as thick of a book as possible, but that's probably just the art gusher in me talking. Sound-wise, Yoko Kanno's wonderful music is used, and it works perfectly fine here to fit with the cute, simple, relaxing tone this little short goes for. Can't go wrong with her music, even if it's for something as simple as this. A+ cause it's all solid art and great music as always. The Verdict: I mean...it's kind of funny that I even bothered to make a review on this, but hey, it IS a piece of Cowboy Bebop media you can watch, and for only being a minute long, it's just a cute little short giving Ein and Ed an eensy bit more screentime. There's really no real point to it other than to give the Blu-Ray re-release the series had that LITTLE bit of extra value to people looking to buy it. I'm not sure if it was actually successful in achieving that goal, but I'm sure it worked for the more hardcore fans of the franchise looking for some new content to watch. It's just funny to me that it's taken me longer to review this than to WATCH IT. If you're a fan, watch it, why not? It's only literally a minute long, and it looks nice. Otherwise...don't, you're not missing out on anything if you don't.
