Dragon Ball Z: Summer Vacation Special

Very bad! It's just a "special" episode to kill time. This episode is a compilation of some episodes from the classic Dragon Ball saga and Dragon Ball Z, plus a brief look at the first three Dragon Ball movies. There's nothing here worth watching, a pure waste of time! My rating of 1 is because, besides having almost nothing new since 90% of what's in the episode is from other sagas or movies, this episode isn't fun at all; it just seems like an advertisement for the other movies.

It's just a promotion video for the new Dragon Ball Z movie at the time: "Dragon Ball Z Movie 07: Kyokugen Battle!! Sandai Super Saiyajin" (English title: Dragon Ball Z Movie: Super Android 13) and a look back of all the previous Dragon Ball and Dragon ball Z movies. This isn't the sort of thing one would recommend actively cause it has nothing to do with the plot or any plot for that matter. But it is a great nostalgia ride for all the previous movies up until then for those whom watched them. It's for those who'd like a little nortalgia ride and have watched all the previous Dragon Ball and Dragon Ball Z movies [mentioned in the list provided in the Related Entries section of this MAL page]. Some archivals of this speacial even had the old japanese commercials inbetween. So it's also interesting as a piece of media history from back in the day. In conclusion, if you like a little nostalgia ride and a bit of media history, you might like it. Other that that, there's not much to it. I personally liked it for all the reasons i provided above, but I understand that this isn't for everyone.
