Scratch x One Piece Film: Gold
SCRATCH × ONE PIECE FILM GOLD

Well, well, well, what do we have here? A 15 seconds long One Piece short? Why not? Using simple common sense, you can get a pretty clear idea of what this is going to be, nothing that heaving on an adventure or world building. The whole thing might as well be called a sneaky commercial, one tactical way to correctly day give u your money, I know I would. One Piece scratch cards are the good they are trying to push here, nothing too interesting unless you had some serious excessive obsession of owning everything One Piece you see. I like the shortness of it, I like the wholesomeness, it remains all too whacky, funny an in the right identity that comes with regular old One Piece that it doesn't feel like an ordinary commercial.

Just another boring ad. Here we have yet another commercial using One Piece characters to promote a product—this time, apparently, lottery tickets tied to One Piece Film: Gold. Honestly, there isn't much to say about it. It’s just about 15 seconds of familiar characters used as a hook for an advertising campaign. Since it’s extremely short, at least it doesn't become tedious. It is literally the kind of content you watch, finish, and immediately forget. There is no real story, character development, or information relevant to the actual series. It is basically a commercial leveraging One Piece's popularity to sell a product. That is precisely the main issue: there is no reason to watch it if you are looking for additional content from the franchise. Unlike an OVA or a special that might present a side story, this offers absolutely nothing that adds to the experience. The characters are there solely to promote the product, and the commercial fulfills that function perfectly. On the other hand, I don't think it's fair to be too critical of something that never intended to be a substantial work. As an advertisement, it is short, direct, and uses the necessary characters to grab attention. The problem arises only if you consider it actual One Piece content. If you are compiling a list or trying to consume everything related to the franchise, you can give it a quick watch and move on, but don't expect to find anything interesting. In the end, it’s just another commercial. It isn't bad enough to be unbearable, especially given its extremely short runtime, but it offers absolutely nothing of value to someone interested in One Piece. It is the sort of material that exists more as a historical or advertising curiosity than as content for fans. You can watch it in a few seconds, but you can just as easily ignore it without a second thought. You won't be missing a thing. Raiting: 4/10. Nota: 4/10.
