This is the most meta harem show of all time. The main character is a Light Yagami level genius of manipulation, who by the end of the movie has completely destroyed his competition. The ending is damn near perfect in every which way (with a god tier Urusei Yatsura reference only the most elite of anime watchers will understand). I am so over the moon on how the show ended, but just like the moon I have two opinions on the end. I love it because of the god tier reference to a legendary show, and the hilarity that comes from it; but also dislike it due to the fact the main heroines are all a little disappointed. I was personally voting for newspaper girl, main girl and the tsundere though i knew it wouldn't happen. This show will always be in my heart because of the amazing cliffhangers it kept throwing at me and, I cannot stress this enough, the madlad reference/general ending to the show. also worth noting for those who are into vintage anime this show references Urusei Yatsura and Touch! (probs more i didn't catch) which will always make me extremely happy and fond of this show.

Before the OVA was released, the ending of the story doesn't make sense at all which ruined the whole story BUT Now the OVA is released, I am very impressed by it, the author fixed the ending which didn't make any sense into something really amazing. The main character didn't choose any girl but we all know who he really loves and at the same time for the people who don't love Sumireko, well technically he didn't choose anyone so it's perfect. So no one can complain about it. Honestly, this might be one of the best OVA I've seen, gave a recap of the previous situation, many developments of character, the story is not boring, there's no useless part which makes it like season 2 but all compressed in a few episodes only. I will give it a 9, the story is great but I always think they could improve more on the art of the character, they look as good as the first season but... it's not the best for me to give it a 10

Ore wo Suki nano wa Omae Dake ka yo: Oretachi no Game Set I had huge doubts about this 60-minute Ova episode after you could clearly see how the anime had lost more and more of its potential. The final arc against Hose (which still sounds misleading to me, since it means Pants- in German) goes into the final round. And they deliver the top 10 of the most unnecessary and meaningless duels in the history of all duels. Honestly, I liked both the flow and the final result of their fight. BUT, it doesn't change how meaningless it was and that Sumireko has become a walking story blocker. What the Ova triumphed in, as opposed to the animated one, was the better-balanced humor, which was much more plainly combined with the drama. The better pacing, color design, and insight into Sun's personality. It basically had everything a little above average rom-com ova should have and got rid of most of the negative elements the anime possessed. The characters, unfortunately, were still a disaster and could only convince in small areas. Ironically, the "female" characters were all dull and empty. They like to talk about their own development and problems. But in the end, they are as empty as a blank piece of paper. Even Sumireko, the female protagonist, is nothing more than the typical smug girl who has "Ara-Ara" flowing right out of her nose, with no personality whatsoever. I liked Joro's approach, unfortunately, it constantly resulted in him seeming like a complete pervert instead of a self-critical character. This fluctuation was so great with him that I can hardly tell who he really is. As for Sun, on the other hand, this character shocked me several times. Not only his humorous moments but also his betrayal in the anime and the interaction with him in this Ova. His background resulted in an interesting resolution as to why his envy of the protagonist came about in the first place and what pressures it represented in his life. Also to my surprise, the title "Are you the only one who loves me?" takes on an unexpected new meaning here, as it had never been related to the protagonist. Conclusion There were plenty of wasted potentials, this anime could have been much better in general. With this ova, he managed to defiantly achieve his yet best possible result and for me, top the entire anime. That the Ova is better than the whole previous series, is already meaningful enough. Not to mention the relatively surprising conclusion and the emotional moment between Sun and Joro at the end. "Bro's before Hoes" gives the whole thing a whole new definition. [Enjoyment 7]

This is how a season should be concluded. Of course, if you didn't enjoy the original season, you're probably not going to like this. But if you did, it nicely wraps up the season in a super long treat. The OVA manages to capture everything that made the original season so entertaining and gives it a well rounded ending to boot The OVA takes place during the baseball game, which was already established in the main season as an important plot point, due to the parallels to the baseball game singularity that happened in the previous year. During the game, Joro doesn't do anything super astounding as a protagonist, which is incredibly in line with the rest of the series, and manages to resolve the conflict in a way that a harem protagonist wouldn't, which follows the theme of the series. Overall, it's has a really light-hearted tone that matches great with the rest of the series.

Twist - Twist - Twist..... This Ova can be wrapped and said to be one word called "Twist" Perfect ending for the series, making all things crystal cleaR. Bonding - Friendship - Love All the feelings are filled in the Ova. Defeat - comeback, plot twisters everything comes into make this one special Even though the ending is as we expected, But the storyline is not as you thinking,It is going to be a roller coaster ride for sure! So let start the detailed review! STORY: 10 As I said, the ending is expected but the story line is full of twist and mixer of feelings; A perfect Example of How an Ova should be! I had fun watching those anyway, but I can see how others would think it's a waste TB : I don't know What's their problem to be said t ART: 8 The art is what it is in series. No change, but somewhat improved, not find any difference SOUND: 8 AS usual , himawari sound is too cute........ CHARACTER: 9 First I want to admit the fact , it hurts to hear a childhood friend called by "bitch". from starting I have some sort of font/soft side for childhood friend characters, never criticize it, It's our own taste. Cosmos kaicho is shining as usual, Yea yea your pansy is top class as ever. But, Tsubaki chan Daisuki!!! She is the best girl, I love her a lot.How to describe her mood maker no Game changer, Entry to ending she is perfect! ( But still somewhat even though she is typically bitch, But himawari is my true love) ENJOYMENT: 10 There's a very obvious sign as to how much I'm enjoying a show; I get antsy and check for updates every hour. The more I see, the more I want. If you have clear picture of the series, You surely love the series! OVERALL: 10 I guess in the end, your enjoyment of oresuki will depend on whether its various aspects strike a chord with you or not (pardon the pun). For my part, I'm glad to have found a series that keeps me guessing, Why I'm a loner , retard and a cheater. Well it gives me a new eyesight towards my life, I wanna fall in love.... But If I turns into reality each and everyone including me are bitches!! Gotta change my attitude. This one's definitely worth your attention, I'm sure you like it , atleast wouldn't dislike it. Check it out. Imp : My review is solely based on Anime, I don't read any Manga or Ln of the author, Don't criticize, Well I know that I just said some unwanted stuffs , Still I love it! TB: Must need a good image of the series to understand it well!!

It all started at a bench, it ended at a bench with a happy ending to the anime. With this I now have fate in humanity until I get betrayed one day. But I hope that day doesn't come. I had fun and enjoyed it, kinda new to anime but really enjoyed this anime. I was actually surprised that it came out as a happy ending since they all confessed to Joro. Normally you would have to pick one but he somehow had a plan and made it so everyone was satisfied. Well I can't say anything about the girls who confessed but really with that, everyone remained friends and get to enjoy their school life happily I hope.

This installment in 1h-long OVA format, "Oretachi no Game Set" (Our Game Set), finishes (or so I hope) the anime adaptation of "Ore wo Suki nano wa Omae dake ka yo?" (Are you the only one who loves me?) light novel series a.k.a ORESUKI, which name I'll use to refer to the show from now on. I was waiting eagerly for this conclusion because it sounded like the stakes would fly exponentially in the last episode on the TV show, but... It was kind of a disaster, really. I am really disappointed by the fact that the main character wouldn't do such a thing as "I'll be the nice guy!" or the main antagonist would go as "I'm actually a bad guy haha". So... As the first three episodes establish, it would be a not-common romcom anime, but, as the season develops, it swings away from the horizon totally until some shine of hope appeared when the last arc started, but... This conclusion totally messed up everything, so I don't think it deserves your time. It is not a 4/10 or worse because at least it made some sense still and had some "feels", so the ride was a thing, but the last moments are... shockingly disappointing.

This ova goes into depths that anime over it's 12 episodes hasn't, basically the 12 episode anime was a lead up to this ova. The character development of Su chan and his connection with Joro runs so deep I could feel their bond through the screen. Joro always has good intentions even though he may seem dumb in his words or actions sometimes, but THAT'S THE THING, he never narrates his good intentions to the viewer!! We have to decide ourselves if he's being dumb or if he has a deeper motivation to help his friends. I like the poetic ending also, the very last line is a just a piece of japanese expression that's really sweet. EDIT from future me: The series was so mid that this pretty good movie seemed amazing to me at the time... it's 8/10 prolly
