Christmas With the Delinquents 6.5 Minor spoilers only It's 2017 and the gang is just a bunch of criminals with no ethics whatsoever. The Tokyo Manji Gang / Toman is an embarrassment, and in this timeline, Takemichi is partially responsible. Mikey turned bad, and the gang turned bad with him. Now Mikey is killing off the old gang members like any megalomaniacal dictator would. The season is a tough one. It isn't much fun, and it revolves around trying to prevent Mikey from turning into a monster, as well as saving lives: Mikey and Kisaki Tetta really know how to rack up a body count. Hanemiya Kazutora finds Takemichi and fills him in, stressing that they have to set things right. Then Naoto arrests him. Apparently, in this timeline, he's a high level Toman member. He sees video of himself as the worst kind of violent gang member. He doesn't know himself at all. Naoto and he surmise that Kisaki Tetta might be the key to everything. Kisaki is quickly morphing into villain #1 and he's weirdly adept at thwarting their plans. Takemichi begins to wonder if he (or anyone else) could be experiencing time slips like he has. There's no reason to believe he's the only one. Matsuno Chifuyu ends up learning Takemichi's secret and actually believes him. The start working together. “The problems just keep melting up. But I have to solve them. And I can't ask for anyone's help, I have to do this on my own.” Things aren't getting any easier for Takemichi! The intel on a dark force that has been moving against them ~against Hina~ is formidable. But is that the full story? A good chunk of S2 is taken up by a single Christmas day fight. S2 isn't quite as good as S1. It drags in the middle slightly. It also looks like Naoto is the only cop in Japan😅. Drakken is as cool as it gets. It ends with a shocker. Takemichi"s hands won't stop shaking. S4 is set to be released later in 2026 with a new director and revamped team. My age rec: 14+ F💣s Violence QUOTES🗣 At the end of the day it is winning that big of a deal? If we run, Toman's finished for sure! I can't believe they called me a little b!tchling. They don't even realize that they're being the @$$holes.

When did TR become fast and furious? That it mentions family. After two seasons, MC is still a whiny walking punching bag (and I don't think that will change by the end). He has returned to the past so many times that everyone would expect him to become something more than just that punching bag, but nothing like that is happening and he remains the same, only his words are strong. All his power lies in how much he lets himself be beaten and how much he cries, because crying is the strongest weapon, and when he is on the verge of death, only then does he motivate his friends to help him, and thus everyone becomes stronger than before and defeats the enemy (typical shonen, on the verge of death, everyone is suddenly the strongest). And that bothers me, because apart from getting beaten up, he knows nothing else, and so he has to rely on his colleagues to save him, instead of helping them too. When reading vol. 12 of the manga (which is episodes 7 to 9), I didn't know how to react. OK, I can understand the battle to prevent B.D. (Black Dragon) from changing T.M., but bringing family matters into it seemed uninteresting to me, since the battle was only because Hakkai and his sister have an arrogant brother who thinks he is better just because he is older and stronger, and the backstory itself seemed irrelevant and unnecessarily sad to me. When I compare it to Wind Breaker, I have to say that this is weak. The MC can't fight, and when the MC is weak, there's not much else to say. He just whines the whole time, and he's not the only one crying. Originally, I wanted to give it an 8 because the first season of TR impressed me when I watched it, but after WB and this season, I have to change my mind. I hope I'll see better anime about delinquents than TR. Finally, after reading volume 14, which concludes this season, I am still disappointed that the MC is the same as at the beginning. We are actually halfway through the story, and the MC hasn't changed at all, and I don't believe he will change. Now it's turning into a conspiracy theory, or maybe Kisaki is traveling through time, and let's be honest, who didn't expect that? Even in the first volume, it was clear to me that Kisaki wasn't just an ordinary person.
