The Aristocrat's Otherworldly Adventure: Serving Gods Who Go Too Far

Loool, what is this pacing? It could have been much better if only the pacing had been right. Sometimes the scenes cut off so abruptly, it was impossible to build any emotion or tension. Well at least I can say "I've never seen an anime like this before" haha However, it was a fun watch if you can ignore this fact. Some lil anoying parts (I think sees something different when it comes to that), but overall can't say a lot against it. Even with the bad pacing it was much better than One Punch man Season 3 lol. But I can't give it any better than 7 cause of this.

When this anime first aired, I dropped it after two episodes because of how bizarre and cringe it felt at times. Recently, I decided to give it another shot, and honestly, my opinion hasn’t changed much. The anime never really tries to be serious—it feels exaggerated from start to finish. In fact, I don’t understand why comedy isn’t listed as one of its tags, because that’s exactly how it comes across: a light, goofy ride without any real stakes. Artstyle and animation are surprisingly solid for a show of this type. In fact, the visuals might even be too good for the level of writing. Overall, would I recommend it? Only if you’re looking for a casual, shallow, and slightly silly watch. If you expect anything deep, serious, or addictive, you’ll probably find it more cringe than fun.

Reading some of these reviews and seeing people compare this to the likes of Mushoku Tensei - or saying that this is a rip-off of Mushoku Tensei - I mean, come on. I can understand that, for some people, this might be their first isekai, but comparing anything to MT is going to lead to disappointment. Even in the realm of "great isekai" such as 'Reincarnated as a Slime' and 'Overlord', MT stands out as a work of art. Although, if we are being honest with ourselves, EVERY isekai follows the same general premise - they just go about it in different ways. Anyway, let's talk about this anime 'Adventures of an otherworldly Aristocrat': For connoisseurs of isekai trash, this is another one to add to the pile, for sure. It follows the same plot as 99% of other anime in the genre, although instead of truck-kun, we have the guy dying to an armed robber, while trying to save a couple of young ladies. Hardly novel by any stretch. The plot then follows the protag as he gets ridiculously OP, gets a harem and has everyone going "EEEEEHH!?" every time he picks his nose. It's glorious, generic, isekai trash. I do have to be honest, but the whole "EEEEH!?" cliché that is ever-present is hammed up to 11 in this series and by the last couple of episodes, it was starting to get annoying. I understand that this series tries to go for more of a comedic route, but, as I just said, it does eventually get old. Thankfully, most of the characters learn to not be surprised by our protag pretty quickly, but there are a couple of recurring characters that still go full-bore. What I did appreciate from this series is that it didn't focus on one single thing. Usually the MC is OP in just magic, or just sword-fighting, or just summoning, or whatever 1 particular skill - whereas here, he's OP in everything and it is explained canonically, with him needing to be OP to fend off the threat of a God-like entity at some point. There's also several episodes where the MC goes through a harsh training regimen, which further explains why he's so powerful in the later episodes. They also do give some reasons, albeit a little barebones, as to why he ends up with a harem (although, in S1 it consists of 3 ladies); This isn't as ecchi harem isekai trash as the likes of isekai smartphone, not by a long-shot. Personally speaking, I did actually enjoy this series. Yes, it was yet another power-fantasy isekai trash series, but I enjoyed this far more than the more recent 'Classroom for Heroes', which was just so mediocre I can barely remember anything about it already. The characters here are all fleshed out enough, even some of the later additions and, outside of the "nitpick" I raised earlier, there wasn't a moment where I thought "god, I should just drop this show". I'm rating this a 7/10 and mixed feelings. For the score, I am not saying this is a "good anime", but I am saying that in the realm of isekai trash that it is "good". As for mixed feelings, some will hate this due to it being isekai trash, while some will love it for the same reason.

This is exactly the kind of anime where it is difficult to know what to say, because there is ultimately not that much to analyze. The concept is extremely simple: the protagonist enters a new world, immediately becomes overwhelmingly powerful, and the story mainly focuses on seeing how far this power can go. We are clearly dealing with a character who has almost everything he could want. Every action he takes turns into a positive outcome, every problem is solved easily, and there is almost no real suspense. There is never that feeling of danger or uncertainty that makes viewers wonder how the protagonist will overcome a difficult situation. From a pure story perspective, this is definitely a weakness. The plot lacks stakes and depth, and it is difficult to say that there is a truly developed storyline. However, one thing has to be acknowledged: the overall writing makes the anime easy and enjoyable to watch. Even with such a simple concept, the series manages to maintain a rhythm that makes you want to continue watching just to see what happens next. It is a bit like easy-to-consume entertainment: you do not expect much, but you get exactly what you came for. You watch it, enjoy it in the moment, and move on. And that is probably the anime’s biggest strength. It does not necessarily try to offer deep themes or a complex narrative, but it succeeds at being accessible and entertaining. Beyond that, unfortunately, there is not much more to highlight. The supporting characters do not bring much, the stakes remain limited, and the world-building is not developed enough to leave a lasting impression. **Favorite character: Cain von Silford.** It is ultimately the most logical choice, since the other characters contribute relatively little to the story. Cain is the one with the most depth and the character who provides the most interesting perspective throughout the anime.

This one really surprised me. It has all the makings of generic mediocre isekai but the sum is greater than its parts. The comedy in this show is what carries it. I found myself laughing pretty hard every episode. The show is pretty goofy overall. If you are looking for an engaging, exciting story, this isn’t the one. The story is probably the weakest part, right along with the fight scenes. It feels like everything that happens is a setup for the comedy, which was such a solid decision. This show doesn’t try to do everything. It doesn’t even try to be good. It tries to do only one thing and that is make you laugh a bit. If what you are looking for is to relax and laugh along with a goofy, ridiculous isekai, you’ve found it.

The plot isn't anything groundbreaking; it's classic and cliché, you could say. So, if you're looking for something complex with subplots and conspiracies, this isn't for you. But if you're just looking for a light anime to enjoy and relax to, like a sitcom, you'll love it because it fits that description perfectly. The animation is average, nothing special, but it's sufficient for the anime style. Characters that are not very complex but are fun and charismatic. If you see it as a situational comedy, you'll love the series... Series are always going to be subjective, meaning whether you like it or not will depend on what you're looking for, and as I repeat, the good thing about this series is that it's not complex, it's simple and prioritizes fun over anything else.

all tropes, no original or interesting story, no worldbuilding, characters only exist as plot devices with no personality, power scaling isn't interesting, terrible episodic pacing, where the only purpose of each episode is to include another cliche 4 hours of the joke being "haha isn't the protagonist just the goat lmao" but it was never good in the first place gets more than a 1 because the production quality isn't on the same level as ex-arm, though the animation is still bad at best with some ugly cg thrown in for fun honestly just watched to the end so i could dog on it this isn't worth watching for anyone made me watch at 2x speed for the first time in my life just so i could get through faster

Read the manga or light novel instead. This anime was such an injustice to the manga/light novel. I watched this series simply having read the manga already and... the way they just skipped over things/rushed things just to get to that event in the last episode was very upsetting. A lot of anime omit things too, but this was just ridiculous. There were a few comedic moments but honestly, this whole thing felt like they tried to squeeze at least 2 or more seasons into 1. At the beginning, I was under the impression that they were rushing things to get the protagonist up to the age when his adventures 'truly' begin instead of dragging us through how he becomes OP or whatever, but then it was clear later on that they were really just speed-running through everything. Those who haven't read the books could probably tell that content was obviously omitted too. Honestly, they could've stretched it out a bit more AND include all the details they cut out. The ending was so.. bad?? That epilogue was literally just them straight up summarizing events that could've been a few episodes on their own in the next season. This whole season felt like what one would do when they know for sure there wouldn't be another season. Did they even try? All in all, this was rushed and in the worst way possible. I'm only giving it a passing grade because it did have some funny bits and I did like the art. I apparently put off watching this for good reason because this had me so upset that I wrote a review after years of being on this site. lol

This Anime will not blow your socks off and change the way you see the world. But it will make you laugh and smile, and will be a nice distraction from the monotony of everyday life. Isekai, as a genre, is heavily oversaturated with typical cliches and cookie-cutter plotlines. Characters are made to be basically kind enough that we root for them, but generally have little to no other personality. Tensei Kizoku was an example of how a cookie cutter cliche can be done in a way that is still a joy to watch. Before getting into the story and characters, it is worth mentioning how lovely the visuals were. The art style of this anime was incredibly pleasant to watch and the Chibi and overdramatic expressions were used very well. The whole show felt much more alive and animated with these movements and expressions. The art style alone was enough to maintain my interest for quite a while. Now for the story: Cain von Silford is the third son of a prominent margrave and upon waking up as a three year old, realises he maintains his memory and character of his previous life as Shiina Kazuya. So far, all very typical to an isekai. Where most Isekai anime will bore you to death with the same forced "Look how hard I'm trying" or the alternative "Everything is easy and I guESS I'Ll do the ThiNG anD GEt a HaReM Of GirlS oH No!" Tensei kizoku allows the characters to be aware of the ridiculousness of Cain's abilities at only 5 years old and react accordingly. They do not treat him differently as a person, they simply treat him as Cain. As a person. Cain himself understands his abilities are ridiculous and resolves to practice self-restraint.... of which he fails tremendously. As a result, though, he makes good friends and aquaintances that AREN'T ALL POTENTIAL LOVE INTERESTS!!! I cannot stress enough how important a point this is to make. Every. Single. Isekai will make sure the main character is surrounded by a gaggle of attractive women who all kind of have feelngs for the MC, but Cain's found family is a healthy mix of male and female. It is so incredibly refreshing to see a true group of friends that aren't all competing for the MC's affections. Throughout the show it is truly funny and enjoyable to watch Cain absolutley fail at blending in or apearing even close to humanly strong and pretty quickly the people around him catch on to his overwhelming strength and lack of restraint. Does he end up with a harem? yes. Does it feel over exaggerated and unrealistic? surprisingly, no. The girls who all decide to marry him generally don't tale up a large part of the show. We see muh more of the main character than of girls out of his league fawning over him for no reason(As we see in many other shows). There isn't really a romance subplot. It feels much more "Found Family" as Cain is surrounded by people he genuinely cares about. Overall, Tensei Kizoku is a lighthearted stress free isekai anime that has a predictable plot but a lovely artstyle and cast of characters that make for an excellant way to get your mind off of life for a while.

A lot of people are hating this show because of how it is just another generic Isekai and I don't blame them, People cant keep consuming the same thing forever. But to me who is a big Isekai junkie, generic stuff like this is just something I am into and I think this show doesn't deserve all the hate it is getting but I do understand why people do. "Tensei Kizoku no Isekai Boukenroku: Jichou wo Shiranai Kamigami no Shito" is just another generic, typical, cliche Isekai story with really nothing new to present to us, And it does have it problems I am aware but if you could get past those few things I think this is a pretty watchable show. One of the things that turn off people the most from this show is that the "Overly Lascivious" 12 year old girls who just moans and thirst for the MC and to be honest I am also turned off by this but If you can get over this stuff it is really not bad. The pace of the show is kind of messy, Some episodes its really fast and some episodes its super slow. This is just how most Isekai anime are, As for the animation it was quite appealing for Isekai standards it was definitely above average. The characters had cute designs and it wasn't really that choppy in all of places. One of the surprising things about the show is despite a lot of girls kind of thirsting over the MC it didn't have that much romance elements to it at the very least this first season it didn't have anything that is like remotely romantic, And the comedy was just alright. Overall I think more people should give it a chance. And if you could get past the loli bait stuff that happens it is pretty watchable. Hoping that things get better for season 2 if it ends up getting one.

"The Aristocrat's Otherworldly Adventure: Serving Gods Who Go Too Far" Genre- Action, Isekai, Comedy, Romance, Harem, Fantasy. Living only to protect the smiles of everyone around him, Shiina Kaguya gets murdered near a convenience store while protecting two girls. Having died before his time on Earth the gods resurrect him in another world, giving him a chance to live again but with a purpose. And thus, Kaguya now reincarnates as Cain, a son of a noble household, and one with many secrets and surprises. If you wish to see an anime where light humor, comedy punches, and surprises on people's face is all you need, then this is definitely the one for you. Bringing you a story about Cain, this anime does justice to the sentence, "We want an overpowered and over-hyped MC." And while it may seem a little odd after 3 Episodes, it is anything but that, as it has a storyline that is not only packed with laughter but also filled with an immense build-up of our protagonist, which you eventually realize is the right thing while gearing up for the ending. And possibly one of the best bits that really makes this anime shine, are the expressions of other people when Cain reveals his power, as that is something that never gets old. Coming to the technicalities, the anime has an average animation that is neither too good nor too bad. And secondly, if there was something that I could change, then it would definitely be the hype meter and fighting scenes, as with a little rework on them, this anime would really rock the hell out of itself. This anime is absolutely a "MUST WATCH."

Firstly, one of the main weaknesses of the anime is its narrative and pacing. The story often feels confusing and poorly developed, jumping from one event to another without a proper flow. The events are poorly explained, which makes it difficult to understand the plot and connect with the characters. The fast pace also results in the loss of important plot details, detracting from the viewer's experience. Furthermore, the anime suffers from poor quality animation. The action scenes, for example, lack fluidity and visual impact, leaving much to be desired compared to the manga. Character designs can feel generic and uninspired, making them difficult to get attached to or easily recognize. These less forced visuals make for a visually uninteresting experience. Another critical point is the lack of character development. The anime doesn't devote enough time to exploring the motivations, personality traits, and relationships between the protagonists and supporting characters. As a result, many characters become shallow and one-dimensional, making it difficult to care about their journeys or achievements. Manga, on the other hand, can provide more room for character development and make them more captivating. In contrast, the manga can be considered reasonably better for several reasons. In print form, manga has the advantage of being able to offer more detail, better explain events, and deepen the plot. Art in manga is generally more consistent and well-inspired, which makes for a more enjoyable visual experience. In addition, the manga allows the reader to follow the desired reading pace, being able to better appreciate and absorb the details of the story. With more time to develop characters, manga can provide a more engaging and emotionally satisfying experience. In summary, Tensei Kizoku no Isekai Boukenroku: Jichou wo Shiranai Kamigami no Shito is an anime that works in several aspects such as narrative, animation and character development. In correspondence, the manga offers a fuller and more satisfying experience, featuring a better developed story and more consistent art. If you are interested in this work, it may be more fruitful to choose to read the manga instead of watching the anime.

Sigh, I wanted to like this show, I really did. It’s got some fun moments, but I believe it’s an inherently flawed concept and was doomed to fail from the start. One of the few isekai you’ll see me labelling as generic and skippable . The main issue with Tensei Kizoku is that there’s absolutely zero stakes or reason to get invested into this show other than liking silk or the other girls’ designs. There’s not even the fanservice that most seasonal isekai would have to draw viewers in. It’s just a bland and uninspired power fantasy in which the MC is literally born at God level and can beat anyone. Unlike shows like Auo which have similar set ups, the characterisation and world building is just non existent in this one. There were a few glimpses of potential, particularly as it relates to the backstory of the MC’s parents and some lore around that which was genuinely interesting and original, but it was kind of too little too late, plus the story reverted back to the generic power fantasy for the last few eps. The art style is aesthetically pleasing I’ll give them that for sure. Lots of bright colours and cute character designs, but the poor writing just really makes it feel like a waste. It’s a shame cause it seems like this anime has some potential, the LN is apparently pretty popular, but it just didn’t get a good adaptation here at all. Tensei Kizoku gets 6 out of 10

It starts with the usual "transported to another world" premise, featuring an overpowered protagonist and an over-the-top harem route—complete with cringeworthy reactions. The fast-paced plot makes the development and introduction of both the protagonist and supporting characters feel rushed, as if a longer story was crammed into a shorter format. The art style is cute and adorable, and the background music feels fitting, in my opinion. However, from start to finish, it feels like the author's "wet dream," as the protagonist appears far too special in every regard—including the gifts bestowed upon him by the gods. To be honest, I found this anime a bit of a chore to watch.

I... don't usually write reviews for things, but I wanted to use this to help get some of my own thoughts out. I'll be keeping this free of major spoilers. To begin, let me explain my expectation going in to this. I was expecting a trashy, turn your brain off and chill kind of series. Something without much character depth and that I could crochet to without having too worry about missing much. What I got was exactly that, and yet still it somehow disappointed me. This mostly comes down to that it at times wanted be more meaningful without letting anything actually have meaning. There were elements here and there, but I think episode 9 and onwards really shows what I mean. It tries to make us care with some concepts that I think are genuinely beautiful, but refuses to actually let anything sit. It's so focused on getting to the next part and feels the need to always be trying to make you laugh that it completely misses the mark. Like it's too afraid it will be left behind if it stops laughing. And I think that's a real shame because those moments where it tried to give something a bit more genuinely enamored me. At least, what I saw through all the laughing was beautiful and meaningful. More so than I was ever expecting from this. I think episode 9 and the final episode are perfect examples of what I mean. It 𝘵𝘳𝘪𝘦𝘴 to make you care a bit more about the characters, world, and motivations, but never gives the space or quite for anything it's saying to actually matter. When the MC goes through a training arc, it speeds through it so fast you'd think it was a day when it was actually years. When it tries to give us a really devastating reveal, because it hasn't asked you to care about the characters thus far, it falls short. When it tries to add suspense with a dangerous situation, because it refuses to give the situation the time it needs, it just feels like another day of MC being all powerful. If this show hadn't given me those glimpses of real emotion and inspiring concepts, I wouldn't be writing this review. I wouldn't have cared enough. But because it did, because it tried without 𝘢𝘤𝘵𝘶𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘺 committing at all, but still had those lovely moments, I'm somehow disappointed even though my expectations for this series were right on the mark. There was never any "this isn't what I came for" or such moment. There were just glimpses of something more genuine it wanted to express, but was too afraid to try. And in the end, it disappointed me because of this. Why should I care about the characters if the author(s) don't care? Why should I feel deeply about anything if the author(s) won't let me allow me anything but laughter, or at least an attempt at it. Why try and add more meaningful moments without letting them have any room to actually mean anything? I think this genuinely could have been something memorable if the author(s) had had more confidence to let those quitter moments be quite. Unfortunately, it just ends up being exactly what I was expecting. I can't believe I had the right expectations and it STILL found a way to disappoint me... man

Isekai MC overpower pada umumnya 7/10 cain sama :v English: Honestly, it's actually a standard isekai anime in my opinion, nothing special, just okay for casual viewing. Elite fans might call it trash, because the story is standard. Overpowered MC rescues, heroine likes, there's a problem at the end, MC fights a supposedly powerful enemy but is easily defeated by the MC. The art style is also standard, not particularly impressive, and honestly, the fight scenes are sometimes a bit lacking, haha. The downside of this kind of anime is that the fights are usually less impressive, perhaps due to budget issues, and it seems like they spent more money on the parts where they use their big magic. Overall, it's fun for casual viewing, not ecchi, and enjoyable to watch. Overpowered MC isekai in general. 7/10 cain sama :v

Overall it's a pretty chill show that doesn't take itself seriously and you shouldn't do that as well. If you're looking for an interesting plot, serious and developed characters, great world building then look somewhere else. This show doesn't have anything unique to it and you can expect to see a lot of familiar Isekai troupes here. It can still be enjoyable to watch if you don't want to think very hard about the show and just want to relax. There's never any real danger neither for the MC nor for side cast of characters. If you like the reactions people show to the unreasonably high blessings MC usually gets from the gods it might be a fun watch for you. The jokes are more embarrassing than funny and that's the weakest thing in the series. There's no romance but there's plenty of jokes around planned marriage and so on. Animation is pretty average, the good thing is there's no CG used in battles. Battle scenes are pretty simplistic and usually comes just to 1-3 moves before eventually ending. Sound and music doesn't have anything special either. But I can recommend the show to people who enjoy usual Isekai troupes and don't have anything better to watch. I'd score it as 6, a fine show for what it's trying to be. +1 from the funny reactions, +1 from the comfy laid back plot that doesn't make you worry about MC, -1 from the embarrassing behavior MC tends to do presented as "jokes", 0 from animation and sounds (everything is pretty average), -1 from the weak plot (or rather the lack of it), +1 from 0 bad CG in the show. 5+1+1-1+0-1+1= 6, a fine watch for it's category.

This is yet another isekai with the focus on the protagonist being overpowered. A Japanese high school student dies while saving a couple girls from an assailant, and reincarnates as Cain von Silford, the son of a noble. The world he reincarnates into is a pretty typical run of the mill isekai fantasy world with RPG like systems. Cain is overpowered in a pretty basic manner in that he just just has really high stats and loads of abilities without any sort of extra gimmick. The overarching plot is also incredibly simple in that there’s an evil god that’s slowly being unsealed that Cain has to grow strong enough to defeat, while also dealing with fragments of him that manage to break free of the seal. Thus, story wise there really isn’t anything all that original here. What stood for me was that the anime didn’t really take itself that seriously and leaned into being really cheesy and hamming it up. I’m not sure if that’s something that was originally in the source material or if the anime studio are the ones that chose to go in this direction, but it works pretty well. For example, the writing is pretty terrible with some really stiff dialogue. But the voice acting often seems to try to be as stiff as possible and it actually ends up pretty amusing. The instances where Cain would do something and multiple people would say the exact same thing in shock was surprisingly funny. Like if it was just a few words that would be whatever, but five people delivering a full on line completely in sync is absurd enough that its kind of hilarious. Now that’s not to say the anime didn’t take itself seriously at all. There definitely are parts where its trying to convey a proper story and flesh out Cain as a character. These parts aren’t that good, but I think they work pretty well in creating the structure that supports the more amusing comedic portions. Furthermore, the anime is pretty fast paced so even when its just going through a series of generic story beats, it moves at a quick enough pace that things don’t get too dull. This pacing also causes the humor to land much better than it would otherwise. I think the end of the season is the best example of this, in that after the climax to the final arc, it just rushes through pretty much an entire additional arc in like 5 minutes. It’s an absolute mess, but it works well and I was pretty satisfied with the ending. The art and animation are solid enough. There was some pretty good visual humor at times. The character designs overall I found pretty weak, though there were some good ones too. I really liked Cain’s standard outfit, though I hate his combat outfit. The OP and ED had decent songs and visuals, and I liked t how they tried to make them funny. The soundtrack wasn’t particularly memorable. tl;dr: An overpowered protagonist isekai with a weak generic plot but pretty good humor.
Zeno_Artaxerxes
Thrash isekai that's on 2x speed + rushing the story like crazy + seems like it was written for kids/by a kid. That pretty much sums it up. You've got everything that makes an isekai thrash: OP MC that is a chosen one, everyone surprised about his power (and fr you'll see this quite often), bro doesn't know how to deal with women, some resemblance of a plot (or at least they try to do something to not be so pointless), women flocking on him like crazy, Luck-kun working overtime to put him in the right place at the right moment, plot-perfect scenes, inexistent character growth... all of these working to create the comedy of the anime, which sometimes works, sometimes falls flat, the latter more so... you name it, it is here. And everything happens on 2x speed, so you might hear some pretty "important" piece of plot, and bam, the convo is on the next topic or the next scene happens; seeing a cringe scene? you're already on the next one. The art is okayish tho, I liked it. One small-big problem that I have with this anime (and a lot from its category): the main cast are kids... and idk about you, ik the argument that it's only a drawing, but it still bugs me a bit that a 10-12 year old girl hits on the MC that's much older and he just accepts it because... But not only that, the MC, while he's like in his 20s or 30s, still acts childish af. And nobody grows for sh*t even tho there are timeskips and stuff... but ig that's on me trying to expect more from this anime.... Story: 7 Ig there is some kind of plot, but all its moments fall flat cuz the story is more focused on the comedy part than the plot, so when an important piece of info drops, it has almost no impact on you. Not that there are many moments like those in the first place... Art: 9 This is kinda the only redeeming piece for this anime. The art is pretty good, I enjoyed it. I like the colors of it. Music: 7 Nothing that truly made some kind of impression on me. Characters: 7 Said earlier. Enjoyment: 7 Good for passing time ig. Overall: 9 Right now it has 6.67 from 84.693 votes Ranked #6258 Popularity #1461 Members 160,746 as of 07/05/2024. I would recommend it to people that just want something really easy to watch in terms of thrash isekai, have some brainless fun ig and pass some time.

It's pretty good, but utterly ridiculous, nearly to the point of satire, in a good way. It feel like it is meant to satirize aspects of the harem aspects of the isekai genre, but I'm not entirely sure. It is however quite humorous. That said, the pacing wasn't perfect around the episode 7-8 mark. In short, the show is very silly, rather quite delightful nonsense. The characters were pretty fun, and the story relatively unique in execution. If you like silly shows and are looking for something to put on in the background, I'd say it's pretty good popcorn isekai. Solid.
