"I’ll start by saying that I’m genuinely disappointed. I had very high expectations for season 3, but in the end, I can only say that it was a pretty underwhelming effort, especially when it comes to the plot. It lacks the depth that made Re:Zero so special, that magic that would grab you and keep you glued to the screen. This season, on the other hand, feels too forced and saturated. That sense of urgency that makes you want to finish Re:Zero in one go is completely gone. Visually, the quality is definitely high, but the plot doesn’t hold up. I just have to think about season 1, which I consider a true masterpiece (and I don’t use that word lightly), to realize how much this new season struggles to even reach a passing grade.

If you come to this anime, looking for fantastic fights, you find. But it takes time to happen, when it happens last a few minutes, but they are fantastic Re: Zero has a different feature from all ISKAI. It is good. The characters have their own life, and over time you realize something. The show shows a character, little by little, and passing some EP you end up if affected. A lot This season, it focuses on the city in the middle of the lake. Ok. And the unfolding of the facts is well, be slow. As might be expected, some lush news, some surprising. (I used Google and researched about Al. Much of the whole show I ended up seeing in the spoiler of his full bio) Some distressing moments. Other relaxants (see Liliana singing is magical) I recommend, too much, to watch, and if by chance, someone read this comment, researching the anime, without even starting to S1, will watch. The show is impressive, real

This season was a let down. I don't understand, the previous season ended with unfinished businesses, so the best thing they could do is sit for a whole year and wait... That makes no sense that the season starts one year later. And there is actually no progression or plot this season. It's just a single fight between multiple people, we don't know the reason, the bad guys doesn't know why they're doing it, nothing. Subaru barely use his main ability, the one that makes him different from all the others, so he's just some guy being carried by his OP collection of friends (there's too much of them, I don't even remember what they did in the earlier seasons). I just gave a 5/10 score because of the excellent production and amazing animations. The quality is excellent.

The primary shtick of this series is a non-factor in this season. For me, what made this show so interesting in Seasons 1 and 2 (especially Season 1, which was a masterpiece of writing and emotional heft, in my opinion) is Subaru’s ability to resurrect, then use what he learned before dying to gain an advantage or approach a challenge from a different angle. Re:zero had such promise, and was such a unique breath of fresh air in the overdone Isekai genre due in large part to how the story was fleshed out and based upon Subaru’s power. Here in Season 3 though, the creators decided to barely have the power used at all. Subaru uses it a handful of times near the beginning of the season, but then never uses it again… The spice that made the show so engaging, effectively deleted. Without that, we’re left with episode after episode of stale seen-it-better-elsewhere anime action schlock and platitudes, with boring villains (who lack clear motivations beyond being evil for evil’s sake), all wrapped up in a plodding story so over saturated with characters you don’t care about that our protagonist seems like an afterthought. Don’t watch Season 3. Do yourself a favor and give up on this show. The writers did a long time ago. This train wreck is going nowhere. I got nothing out of Season 3. So disappointing, given how amazing the first season was…

The third season of Re:Zero... what a rollercoaster this is. Season 3 is split into two halves essentially, the first 8 episodes are the attack arc followed by the final 8 making up the counterattack arc. Much like prior seasons, the villains are members of the Witch Cult. Plot: 10/10, it's Re:Zero, if you liked the prior seasons then naturally you'll love this one. If you didn't, then you're lying and yes, you did love ReZero (jk). More deaths await our noble (sometimes not so) protagonist Subaru. Characters: 10/10, the new archbishops of this season (new as in the ones starring here) are each unique and entertaining in some way. The designs are great and the dialogue between characters this season are just as strong as the older seasons. Everyone plays a big role in some fights and the show does a great job of successfully shining the spotlight on them all without damaging or taking away from other fights in the series. Animation: 10/10, season three looks breathtaking, the fights are clean, the background is clean, it all looks really good and there isn't much to complain about. OST: 7/10, it's good. Like that's all there is to say. Overall: 10/10. Go watch it.

Re Zero continues to deliver banger after banger. This season to me is the culmination of the fantastic characters from season 1 with the amazing character development from season 2, which is great cuz I always felt like there were so many fantastic characters that felt underutilized in the first two seasons. Tappei's writing remains top notch in this season, and this is probably the highest quality in terms of animation ReZero has had so far. I personally think part 1 of season 3 (The attack arc) was my favorite part of ReZero so far, the speech scene is still GOATed, and while I had some issues with pacing with the counterattack arc, I still enjoyed it a lot and it really delivered some insanely hype moments, particularly the Regulus episode, Beatrix's reappearance, the Theresia episode, etc. Also the final scene of this season is diabolical. This season just continues to show White Fox's ambition to push this series to the limit, and what do I have to say? Re Zero is simply one of the best written Isekai and anime in general.

This was easily the weakest season of the 3. The previous seasons did a great job of driving character and plot progression via mistakes and consequences. In this season, though, there's almost 0 real consequences for the characters after the first few episodes, and the successes and dialogue don't feel earned as a result. This season also shoves character backstories in at the last minute rather than slowly feeding them to you. It makes it so much harder to care about these characters because you only understand them right before something big happens. All that said, there's still some good character moments and some scenes with some really creative animation.

This season was alright. Picking up from Season 2, this season focuses primarily on Subaru and the gang facing off against the Witch’s Cult. The plot revolves around trying to figure out how to defeat them and save the city. Some battles dive into the characters' pasts and force them to confront personal themes, while others are more straightforward fights for survival. The most interesting fights always involve Subaru. He’s up against an enemy with immortality, forcing him to strategize in clever ways. Overall, I felt this season was okay. It seems like it was designed more for binge-watching than weekly viewing. I'd probably rate it higher if I binged-watched it. Most episodes that didn’t center around Subaru, Emilia, or I suppose Garf were a bit boring to sit through week by week. I found myself constantly thinking, “Can we get back to Subaru's situation already?” Think of it like this: Seasons 1 and 2 were all about Subaru, “Return by Death,” and how he could reshape fate. But Season 3 shifts gears suddenly spotlighting side characters who had only a bit of development before. It felt a bit jarring and misplaced at times. As for the music, the opening was just alright. But the ending slapped. Final thoughts: Maybe this season is just a setup for bigger things down the line, but as it stands, it was alright at best.

If you like Re:Zero, this is the same as always. Great plot, great animation, great characters. A lot of progress was made on the various plot lines introduced in earlier arcs, but none were outright concluded. Because of this, while the stakes seemed huge due to all the involved actors, the actual arc ended up feeling more like a transition arc. If you were sick of Subaru being overwhelmed by his grief (as I was when I initially dropped Season 1!) then you'll like this arc, as Subaru makes even more progress towards being a true MC chad. I will say, the enemy for this arc was a bit of a letdown in terms of their strength, but I'm confident there were other as-of-yet unexplained factors at play instead of a true power scaling issue. In all, the season was among the best in terms of Re:Zero, but it's clear there's still way more ahead of it than behind it, so to speak. P.S: The ending of this arc is an all-too familiar gut punch.

After watching the 3rd season of Re:Zero, I understand why the reviews are mixed, while I did enjoy watching this, I'll explain what disappointed me a little bit even though I recommend it. If I had to rank the seasons so far, it would go like this : Season 1 > Season 2 first part > Season 3 > Season 2 second part. Since there was a very long wait between S2 and S3, I assume people had huge expectations, and that's probably the main reason why it divided the community that much : the S3 is much more conventionnal, it doesn't rely as much on the return by death loops, and there are many battles instead. Does it mean it's a bad season ? Well no, not really since it introduces new villains, we can still enjoy seeing the many characters introduced interact with each other, and the animation delivered, especially during certain episodes with really good looking scenes. If you enjoyed the story from the first seasons, if you liked the characters, the mood from this show, I can't think of a reason why you shouldn't watch and enjoy this S3, but it's true that this season felt more like a "common" continuation of the story rather than a truly revolutionazing one.

Note: This is being written under the assumption that the audience has already seen the previous seasons of Re:Zero. I put off Re:Zero for so long but when I finally watched it I got through three seasons in less than a month. And let me tell you, I have never had so many "oh crap" and "heck yeah" moments in one show. My original draw to the anime from season one was the mystery of the plot. You never know how many times Subaru will have to restart and which timeline will work out the best. Overtime, the anticipation of "how" will Subaru succeed became my favorite aspect of the plot. It is a show that takes patience to sit through but the story does well to come full circle. Season three so far is my favorite. I enjoyed seeing all the characters again from season 1 as well as the new companions made in season 2. Getting to see the rest of the cast befriend and fight alongside our main hero was a spectacular treat, especially since the fight scenes were so well animated. It by far did the best job of combining action with narration to progress the plot. Fans of Re:Zero know that Subaru tends to be hot-headed and passionate. That said, I admired how much he progressed in the story. He went from being an estranged nobody to being heavily relied upon by others. The character development that took place in season two did not go unnoticed. Though still needs some lessons, Subaru is developing into a fine protagonist. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed this show and this season particularly. As I mentioned earlier, Re:Zero does take patience (and a strong stomach) to watch. But the amount of work I can see being put into this anime is amazing. The creators really worked hard and it shows. I would recommend this to anyone.

Still really good like the first 2 seasons... It was cut short so that they could have more time to package the planned second half of the season into a season 4. Action scenes were great, animation was stellar, and story was good as usual. However, I did have one small gripe with this season - it felt like scenes where alot of characters were talking back and forth was just yap. Not like these scenes lasted super long or anything, but they did cause me to zone out for a couple of minutes until they were over. Still understood everything that was going on even with missing all that dialogue¯\_(ツ)_/¯ However, I did like seeing Beatrice alot more in this season, along with all the other returning characters being a part of the main crew now.

Re:Zero S3 I felt was probably a *little* under where S2 sits for me but was still a wonderful season nonetheless. I won't lie though, it's been awhile since I had seen this show so it took awhile for me to remember where we had left off prior to this season. My excitement still remained at its peak throughout this season because Re:Zero is peak cinema so let's get into some specifics !! ヾ(≧∇≦)ゞ First off, Animation as usual is wonderful to watch. Better than I could ever do if I tried ღゝ◡╹ )ノ♡. Even with the 2-3 month break in the middle, I didn't feel it dipped at all and remained very good overall. Next, Characters/Villains for this season were interesting. Got more Archbishop villian people (the name is so long I can't remember it haha), and getting to see all of them was cool and seeing them individually was a cool aspect too. Also, as more seasons go by, Subaru really is a wonderful MC. So glad he ain't like he was in S1 cause he was sorta unbearable there. Finally, Plot-wise I thought it was good. The 90 minute opener was a wonderful choice to start the season off, and this arc was a tad crazy and all over the place as multiple things were happening at once but felt it was executed quite well. Especially towards the end, the fights were really great. So overall, the plot for this season was nice and interesting. Basically, Re:Zero still proves that it's peak cinema (lol) and still a wonderful show and am very looking forward to S4/Arc 6 as i've heard some very good things about stuff to come! ( っ˶´ ˘ `)っ

Absolute goat material what can I say. Personally, my favorite episode has to be the Regulus named episode, alongside ep13 with what I believe to have the greatest action sequence in the entire show with Garfiel vs Kurgan. The fact they were able to get Vincent Chansard of all people on board to help animate this show goes to show how much White Fox truly loves and cares about making re:zero. Genuinely cannot wait for arc 6 to get adapted in season 4 as it's widely regarded as the greatest arc in re:zero, and arguably the greatest arc in isekai. These negative reviews are absolutely braindead and the show continues to prove as an efficient literary test for these types of negative people. easy 9.5/10 season with a brutal cliffhanger to keep us waiting for arc 6

season 3 is definitely more action-packed and puts more spotlight on the side characters. i get that some people weren’t too into it since it’s not as dark or psychological focused, especially with subaru not returning by death as often.. but...i'm pretty sure that was the point..! this season imo is more about showing everyone else's Ws, growth, and strength, and how subaru’s finally learning he doesn’t have to carry everything on his own or die to fix things. with that being said, i reeally enjoyed every episode. i'm so happy our gorgeous tiger finally got some recognition!! his development and fights were so good IM SO PROUD OF HIM, AND ELSA U PEDO HES 14!!! my favorite fight has to be regulus' one tho, it was so funny seeing my favorite manchild yapper get his ass beat. capella was also a crazy villain, the body horror/gore every time she was on screen was so creepy. AND HELLOO OTTO?! he really stepped the fuck UP this season. my only complaint are the lolis like ughh priscilla exists MAKE MORE HOT WOMEN OF AGE!! aside from that.. the voice acting is amazing and impressive!! sirius and capella's voice performances were so ominous yet so lustful, it perfectly fitted their characters so much. the animation is also sosoo beautiful!! i loved the music as well ^^ despite so much negative reviews, i personally think the character growth and fights make it worthwhile <3

This season delivered great action, key moments and great character development while introducing new heroes and villains. The animation was top-notch for the most part, and the voice acting is superb. Re:Zero has always been my top isekai, and for several reasons: The writing is excellent, the characters are great, and the story is always full of twists and turns to keep the viewer engaged. This season we got to know more about the Cult Witch and its evil servants. Every one more unhinged than the last. This season has been a 10/10, and I'm looking forward to season 4. Favorite character: Otto.

Already set a high expectation, but rezero still able to exceed it! The quality is consistent from first season to third season. Rezero is famous for its amazing world building and dark fantasy element, and we still having it in the third season. The dark, twisted psychological aspect is still present in the third season. And, for God sake, the world building in rezero is so complex and intriguing. I really really get even more curious about the Witch Cult. Story wise, rezero never fails to amaze me. Subaru also even more reliable and developed in the third season. And the other characters also play an important roles in this season, so it's not just focusing on Subaru, cus the side characters are as interesting as him. Graphic, animation, and scoring are still in a good quality this season. Overall, a solid season for rezero and very consistent of them from the very first season. Looking forward for the fourth season!

Finally, the story seems to be hitting its stride. The stakes are high and the prospect of success looks bleak (much like prior seasons), however that doesn't let this season stray into a gratuitous misery mill churning out innovative ways to torture the main cast (unlike prior seasons). Indeed, this season has discovered the key to a compelling story: progression. I understand why it was difficult to pull off up till now, given the whole premise of Return by Death is antithetical to the possibility of progression, but I'm glad the writing made use of it sparingly for once. The story is all the better for it, allowing characters to breathe and develop, and allowing the plot to do the same. There are somewhat strange moments dedicated to certain characters that don't land very well--as a vague example, the whole van Astrea family thing--but even missteps deserve the chance to happen rather than never happening at all. There's a standout scene featuring Garfiel that made me glimpse the brilliance most people regard this show having, and I'm glad I stuck with watching Re:Zero to experience it. Granted, the animation of the scene carried a lot of the awe for me, but even if the character foundation was weak and not quite reaching the substance for a truly delightful moment of character growth, I at least saw what it was going for and appreciated it a lot for somewhat succeeding. There is a cliffhanger that also lands nicely (well, not exactly nicely, but it landed the way it was intended, so it was done nicely). It actually made me excited to see what comes next. So, aside from the few odd instances of weird pacing and lax characters, the story does very well; furthermore, the animation is well done and the music is fitting. All in all, this season is the kind of quality I expected when I first got into the show. Better late than never!

Honestly it was fine Nothing crazy in this season if anything it felt quite lacking to be perfectly honest I think that’s because it was a fairly short season season two had two parts and season one was longer so this was just one little story over 16 episodes which is fine I mean I enjoyed it but it didn’t really do much in progressing the story to me personally as to me. 6 out of 16 episodes was the last fight and I feel like they could’ve short it to 3 or 4 then again that was good parts of the season before the fights. I just feel like they’re probably should’ve been a bit more or have that story be longer. But that’s just me. I know there’s gonna be a season four, so I’m hoping that will push the story a bit further because I like the show and I am looking forward to it I do recommend it as if you’re reading this you’ve probably watched the other two seasons so do continue to watch it Overall 6 out of 10 It genuinely was fine wasn’t great wasn’t bad

I watched Re:Zero from start to finish in just one week, so everything is still really fresh in my mind. The anime is just so good, the way it develops, even if it takes its time, it captivates you in such a genuine and beautiful way. You get attached to everything: the voice acting, the characters, the setting, the music, the whole universe the anime takes place in. You start developing such strong feelings for the show, for everything it represents. And by the end of it all, the only thing left is that warm feeling like you’ve just experienced something truly special. The knot that held you tight at the beginning slowly unravels. Top 10 character developments in gaming anime history, for sure. An absolute W of a watch, start to finish. Overall Rating: 10/10 - An anime (all 3 seasons) for those who can go back-...
