TLDR: Establishes an engaging story of politics and intrigue that realistically and dynamically reacts to the introduction of an OP anime protagonist and then proceeds to immediately forget what it was doing, trip over its own feet, shit itself, and then give up and become like every other low-stakes slice of life fantasy in existence. Credit where credit's due: 1. This is not a "dense" protagonist in the sense that he's exactly as competent as any other self-aware edgelord badass just with more humble bragging and feigning surprise at his ability to do literally anything. Kurt's unironically so dense he needs handlers. And with that it's more comfortable not letting its self-insert Gary-Stu be the driving force behind literally every plot point and actually giving its secondary protagonists some room to breathe. 2. It's actually sticks to its guns with the whole "shit at combat, god-tier at everything else" premise. Not 100% of the time. The scene where he "mines" dragons to death comes to mind. But even when the story throws out some bullshit it's pretty consistent in characterizing the protagonist as shy, weak, and dorky. So not every moment of tension needs to be undercut, and every accomplishment of every other character undermined to show how fucking cool the protagonist is. It makes the other characters actually feel like allies rather than hanger-ons. If we lived in a just world this would be the bare minimum one of these fucking things should strive to be to not be considered absolute drivel. Unfortunately we do not live in a just world. So it's actually pretty solidly built compared to its contemporaries. Had the story not been boring dogwater I would've loved it. My advice? Watch the first three episodes and then imagine a better anime.

I liked the 1st episode, because of the premise, instead of fighting ability our hero is able to do other stuff. Though I have enjoyed the basic concept and general story but I cant give it a very high score as the production value is so low. It never shows how Kurt does what he does, probably due to higher production cost that would entail. Hence its not a great anime but I enjoyed the absurdity of the clueless hero who never knew how over powered he is and watching the people around him kept it a secret from him, and got him to help them out.

This series is ok-to-decent. It's a solid execution of a particular type of power fantasy that a Japanese salaryman would probably enjoy, that they're terrible at some things (like combat), but really good at others, and they've been silently slaving away and supporting their team without much appreciation. You don't notice them while they're there, but you'd certainly notice them while they're gone! There's some arbitrariness to this series in how the protagonist is so useless at combat that he can't even kill a level 1 slime, but he can fell giant moving steel statues because it's considered "mining". Its supporting cast of girls is also a little... off. I'm not quite sure if it's her animation or her static appearance or what, but Liselotte (the princess) is somewhat strange-looking which hinders my enjoyment of the haremy elements. But these two quibbles are relatively minor issues. However, I do have two major issues with this show. First, it veers much more towards childishness and goofy overreaction comedy than it does towards seriousness. It's not quite as far-gone as the 7th Prince isekai, but it's also not quite as good at power fantasy to counteract that (it's merely "solid" rather than "excellent" there). Second, it takes the "Unaware" part of its name very seriously. The protagonist being initially unaware of their talents is common enough, but usually they gradually come to see their value as the show unfolds. This show seemingly wants to keep its MC in the dark forever -- all the side characters are in on the ruse, understanding the protagonist is amazing despite not realizing it himself, and they want to keep him in the dark to "protect him" and because "he wouldn't believe us anyways". This isn't particularly convincing, but the bigger issue is that it makes the protagonist seem like he has a room-temperature IQ in some scenes. The rest of the cast are practically his babysitters, and he's "humble" to the point of obsequiousness. I found this to be somewhat grating as the episodes passed. It wasn't enough to kill my enjoyment outright but it was a drag nonetheless.

The anime has some good points but the shortcomings are too many and too grave for me to able to recommend it. It is a generic power fantasy but without an enjoyable MC to carry it. Instead he is pretty dumb and no one explains to him that he is overpowered for 12 episodes so he never improves. The story centers around Kurt being throw around an solving problems in over the top ways and then departs. If you're looking for a relaxed power fantasy that does not centered around the MC being a god of combat you might enjoy it.

I have been reading the manga for a few years and finally finished the anime. Without mentioning the manga, the show itself is okay as it did a decent job for an adaption attempt. The MC being the typical "lacking common sense" guy who is good willed to care about everything besides himself is within expectations? He is unreasonably OP but at least in this show, there are decent attempts at justifying why/what happens. Though the drawback is there are several moments we just have to "accept" this moment just because it's meant to be normal? Story wise it's okay but after watching several episodes, you'll eventually feel like it could of been a lot better?

A funny ride of emotions from cute moments to cringe moments . This show is heavily inspired from "the kid who moved from boonies ". I marked this as mixed feelings because you can't argue with a typical isekai plot . so, better to watch without complaining , go with flow . One more thing don't watch these kind of shows back to back e.g you just completed a trash iskeai and started again watching same kind of sh!t . It has some serious drawbacks e.g mood disorders , you might hate these kind of particular plots , So, no need to finish in single sitting . Touch some grass or watch another genre .
