Ponkotsu Fuuki Iin to Skirt-take ga Futekisetsu na JK no Hanashi

Takes a bit of faith, but ends up being very fun and cool! This has a bit of a rough start, but ends up being pretty interesting examination on the effects of suppressing youth culture and sexuality. Nothing world-breaking, don't get me wrong, but I found the things it had to say quite truthful and topical. There are also a lot of little things that stuck with me, that I feel like you don't usually see in anime; the characters get tanned, and it's not just for a one-off colorist gag! There's a minor sub-plot about the artistry of rap! Lot's of cool stuff. One thing I have to complain about is how Poem is constantly punching Sakuradaimon. I get having stuff like that as a gag; it's a comedy anime afterall, but it does feel a bit excessive or just innappropriate to the tone of some scenes. Don't hit your bfs/gfs, kids :")
