I'm guessing this was made to encourage shut-in viewers that physically let go of themselves over time. While at most this seemed to be a decent idea as inspiration for those people, over time I came to witness the unrelenting persistence and unwavering passion to lose weight that Hinako had possessed. At first, it seemed great, we even had decent angles to encourage us even more as we went through this adventure with Hinako, but as time passed it seemed Hinako's stamina was far beyond what I had imagined, even having the ability to switch her clothes in a short amount of time and keep going made me rethink everything I ever thought about my body weight and mindset. The ED was kind of confusing and seemed unrelated to the OVA as a whole. At the very least this OVA is a revelation, and if needed, could motivate with your exercise if you desire to do so, although previous preparation and stamina training would be highly recommended from me.

I really just watched this because I was bored, but then I was left laughing when I finished it. To be honest, I don't really know how to describe this anime. It was very... educational... in terms of physical education, that is. It was also cute in a way. The ecchi was very evident, but once you get used to it, it's just a normal workout video. Is it a comedy? Is it an H video? I don't know! First off, let's talk about Himeko, the anime character that every otaku would love as their training partner. Well, not that I would need one, but it just seems fun to see her be fully aware that she's an anime character. She's like the Deadpool of anime. The background music also got me to move around a little, and it eventually led me to do the workouts as well. You can't have a workout video without a pumped-up track like that! So, did I enjoy it? Well, if you count frequently laughing and facepalming as an act of enjoyment, then yes, I did enjoy it. But don't just take my word for it. Just watch it and you'll see what I mean.

Such a bad anime. Mostly Reused animations, boring dialogue, boring premise, and fanservice is crap. I was expecting to see nice ass shots, but they kept focusing on her stupidly unrealistic tits. I like breasts as well, but they shouldn't be the only thing being shown. A female body is much more than a pair of breasts. And the voice acting is terrible, she didn't even sound like she was exerting herself. This didn't appeal to my sadistic nature of wanting to see females suffer from heavy exertion (moaning, heavy breathing, pain, and all that good stuff) during exercise. It's just boring .. . . . . . . . . . .. . . . . . . . . .. .. . . . . .. ... .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. . . .. .. ..

What kind of fetish is that? Honestly, this anime remains one of the strangest experiences I've ever had watching a Japanese work. I can understand the premise, but that doesn't mean I can see any quality in it. The idea behind Issho ni Training: Training with Hinako is extremely simple: to have the character Hinako perform physical exercises while the viewer takes on the role of her training partner. In practice, however, the anime seems much more interested in serving as material for a specific niche of fetishes than in actually functioning as entertainment, comedy, or even an incentive to exercise. What bothers me most is that the work sells itself as ecchi, but does so in the most repetitive way possible. For almost the entire time, there is only one visible character on screen, performing exercise movements while the camera emphasizes specific parts of the body. There is no story to follow, no character development, and practically no context for what is happening. They are just sequences of fanservice connected by an extremely simple excuse. Even by ecchi genre standards, I found the execution quite weak. Many works manage to balance sensuality with humor, romance, or a minimally interesting narrative. Here, the fanservice exists practically alone. It's a breast appearing in one frame, panties appearing in another, a suggestive pose next, and so on. Since there's no narrative context to support these scenes, everything ends up seeming like a random collection of moments created exclusively to provoke the viewer. Perhaps those who possess exactly the fetish that the work seeks to satisfy will be able to enjoy the experience much more. After all, when the goal is to cater to an extremely specific audience, elements such as story, script, or world-building end up taking a backseat. The problem is that, for those who don't belong to this niche, there's very little left to appreciate. Another aspect that left me with a feeling of wasted potential is that the premise had the potential for something different. A short anime that mixed real-life exercises with humor and direct interaction with the viewer could be something curious and even fun. However, the production chooses to focus almost exclusively on fanservice, leaving any other possibility aside. If there's one compliment I can give, it's for the technical aspects. The animation is surprisingly competent for such a simple work. The movements are fluid, the exercises are well represented, and the character design is pleasing within the context. You can tell there was a certain care in the visual production, even if that care is being used to support an idea that doesn't appeal to me. In the end, Issho ni Training with Hinako seems more like a niche product than a proper anime. It's a work made to cater to a very specific audience and will hardly have anything to offer those seeking narrative, interesting characters, or even a more elaborate ecchi. As a curiosity, it might even elicit a few laughs due to the strangeness of the premise, but as an entertainment experience, I found it extremely limited. It's not something I would recommend to most people. If you don't have a specific interest in this type of content, you'll probably finish the work as confused as I was. Rating: 4/10. Nota: 4/10.

Maybe we're beholding one of the best examples of experimental anime. At first sight, this OVA may seems a boring, stupid, full of fanservice animation, sure it is, but it has a weird charm that make you forget you're watching the same three scenes of abdominals, push ups and squads. Hinako has the typical anime girl attitude, and invites you to practice with her, talks to the camera and even gives you a kiss. This is the epitome of weeb culture, the reason why this page exists, the cute-girl-doing-cute-things at is maximum. Of course, after some time with the same scenes it becomes a bit tedious, but then, Hinako's clothes change for a really cute underwear and then for some sports clothes. The fanservice gain a new level but the anime stays far from being vulgar or an almost-hentai anime. The so annoying phrase "is not for everyone" really fits here. This is not an animation for common people, it just finds a way in the hearts of the most cultured men. People who are over the self called "otaku" who only watches the seasonal shonen, over the kid who thinks Sora no otoshimono is ecchi, this anime is for the person who really enjoys the fanservice as a inherent part of anime, because this is not anime, is fanservice at its purest form.
