This My Hero Academia ONA was a 6 minute animation which takes place after the “More” Special. I honestly wouldn’t even consider this part of the MHA franchise, it adds nothing meaningful and half of the episode is just Eri singing a song, which is at max mediocre. It does give just a tiny bit of insight surrounding Deku and what happened after he got his “hero suit”, showing Shoto and Bakugo too, but that was more of a fan service topic. Overall, I guess it’s fine for an ONA, but it doesn’t add anything truly meaningful to the main plot and I just didn’t enjoy it as much as every other OVA or Special. Watch it if you want to or really like Eri as a character but don’t expect much.

It's really hard to fairly rate such a short OVA like this, even when it is attached to a long running series. There just isn't a lot to judge here. The 1 major thing I take away from it is an acknowledgement that Deku got shortchanged in the original ending. It seems clear that treating him like just another hero amongst equals at the end was a major mistake that this short OVA tries to retcon away to make up for that error. While most people felt that way after the ending, there were plenty of MHA defenders that tried to argue to the contrary that must now face up to the change in canon from this OVA. Aside from that, it's just a short bit of fluff to show what Eri is up to after the end of the series.

For 6 min OVA Episode, there's not much you can get after the ending of MHA. It only covers the conclusion of a side Eri chan, unless anybody else likes her than you definitely love to see her all grown up girl who wanted to do concert. Yeah of course its from an adaptions of the fan book you can't expect this to be long from few pages. I do appreciated how they added a little more things to not make this 3 min but only half of this is just singing one reusable music and credits so its not really that special. I do like this anyways, I only want this just the update of their Hero Ranks. Yes it revealed Deku's hero rank which is something missing from before. It shows Deku going up so that's just giving him a recognition, of course he is the greatest hero of all time who save a world from a villain with cruel thread. Author knew he had to put this up, he knew if he doesn't than he feel more sorry for the main character. So it suppose to end something we are looking for, like this was ignored in the special ending episode. You can take at look of this if you want, it doesn't have to be consider a bonus but more of an update. But I just want one good thing.

I had just wrapped up My Hero Academia, and then this happened. Oh, well. I could never say now since this was to celebrate My Hero Academia's ten years with the anime itself. Actually, after I'd finished up the series, it already felt like it's been ten years. My age is showing, not gonna lie. So, there isn't much of a story except seeing Eri, voiced by Emily Neves, meeting up with Shouta Aizawa (Eraser Head), Hizaki Yamada (Present Mic), and All Might in the faculty room of U.A. High School. Then they see Izuku Midoriya, Katsuki Bakugou, and Shouto Todoroki on the news, doing their hero work. After the short credits, we see Eri doing a street performance, reenacting the song, "Hero, too," in front of a crowd in the park with her friends. In all fairness, this takes from a short bonus chapter of the manga and brought it to animation. I'm not complaining. It's harmless fun. We also see bits of Eri practice for the street performance on the weekend, remembering the time she had during the festival when she was a kid after being saved from Overhaul. Let alone, leaving his shadow. It's also cute that you see Izuku, Katsuki, Shouto, and Mirio watching in the background. Meanwhile, you'd have the others from Izuku's class watching Eri's performance. They're all proud of where Eri's at. I think that's simple enough to see that a never generation would take over in a more peaceful utopia after the events of the main series. Kinda wish that would happen if you-know-who is gone in the real world. A man can dream. The voice acting is still great. The animation is still nice. It's a short, sweet, simple mini-episode to see what Eri has been up to. A good way to celebrate My Hero Academia's tenth anniversary. Happy tenth birthday, My Hero Academia anime. I'll easily give this seven Eri and friends street performances out of ten. 7/10.

Look; I like MHA as much as the next guy. This little episode feels redundant, sure, but at least it's got magic and power behind it that the other special didn't have. The "More" special, that is. This little 6-minute special definitely requires you to know what's going on in the world of MHA to get it, but I think if your brain is primed for it, it can be quite rewarding. My Hero Academia has a lot to offer in and of itself, but these specials can be seen as appetizers given after the meal is done: complimentary little snacks after the fact. Watch this if you've seen MHA for sure. Just do it. Do you like feeling feelings? Then you will like this!

Honestly, this one was just fine for me. It's way too short, so I don't think it really had enough time to do anything special. Everything happens pretty quickly and before I could really get invested, it was already over. There wasn't really any shocking moment or anything that made me go “damn, that was good.” I enjoyed seeing the characters again, but that's pretty much it. I think with a little more time, they could have done something more interesting with it. As it is, it's just a short extra that you can watch if you want more MHA content, but you can easily skip it too.
