Osomatsu-san 4th Season: The Matsuno Ten

I don't even know who this episode is for or why it even exist. A "musical" chapter were the songs and the "micsic videos" aren't even memorable or enjoyable Months after the last episode and with no hype (since the season was pretty bad), it still disappoints. The finales (or rather, the penultimate and antepenultimate episodes) used to have elaborate plots that even could make you emotional, but here it goes back to this season's style and the ENTIRE episode is just one gag, which isn't even good, I really wanted at least this episode to be multigag as it was in previus seasons Simply disappointing for what this series used to be.

my review is gonna be so biased but we ball :p reviews are to take into account all sorts of perspectives after all i know this isn't the type of episode people were probably hoping for since it's the last of the season and since it was delayed so long, but i had fun with it. having characters sing showa era style music is a nice homage to when osomatsu kun was originally made, but having everyone sing the original op together was truly the highlight for me. sure, we probably could've gotten more out of the last episode than just this, but with the lack of progression the actual season itself was having, i doubt the last episode could've been fulfilling no matter what it was. i do wish we got a totoko + nyaa-chan song though :[

It wasn't what I was expecting for the mysterious missing 13th episode, but it was a fun series send off as I'm 99% sure this is the ending to the Osomatsu series as a whole. Shows like these tend to have some musical episodes, and it was enjoyable, but it's not connected to the series itself. I was looking forward to some silly jokes between the brothers, but it was very straightforward in presentation, so you can't be too upset with it. Just know what it is before you watch it. It's definitely something you can have on in the background and jam to the music. I was dancing to the songs, so it has that going for it.
